Specialized On call Services: Normally with the Market leaders in equipment supply, service calls are attended only within a specified time on working days and also the repair may get delayed due to the non-availability of parts. We have a dedicated team of Engineers to attend to your complaints on call and the replacement of part is the responsibility of TCC the lessor there by equipment down time is reduced to minimum. Also we have special contract to provide round the clock on call service facility.

Warranty/Guarantees/ AMCs covered: Warranties are normally one year or for limited number of copies only and AMC has to be taken after that. All these are covered in our leasing scheme.
